In one of the popular communities on the Web, a "recipe" for the health of one of the users is loudly discussed. As "Rambler" found out, the woman suffered from headaches for a long time and decided to try using traditional medicine, namely salt.
It turned out that she suffered from pressure surges, and due to a spasm of the vessels of the brain, she had a severe headache. The pain was so wild that it was often accompanied by nausea and vomiting, she recalls.
Having tried many medicines, the woman decided to resort to traditional medicine and try saline treatment. As a result, she forgot about headaches and pressure surges. She shared the recipe on the Web:
You will need:
250 ml of water heated to 60-70 degrees
2 tsp no top salt
wide gauze
Preparation and application:
Dissolve the salt in water, thus obtaining an 8% solution.
While the solution cools down, prepare the bandage. To do this, fold the gauze in 8 layers so that the width of the bandage corresponds to the width of the forehead, and the length corresponds to the circumference of the head. Hastily wash the forehead, ears and back of the head with warm water. Then we dip the bandage in a saline solution, and, slightly wringing out, we tie it around the head in a circle.
Use a cotton towel or cloth to hold the compress on your head. After that, you need to lie down and hold the bandage until the pain disappears completely. It went away almost immediately, but just in case, I kept the bandage on for another two hours. In general, the compress can be kept up to 15 hours."
