The expert noted that there is no need to exhaust yourself with starvation and diets. In her opinion, you need to eliminate fried red meat and replace it with easily digestible protein: chicken, fish or turkey. In addition, you need to eat a lot of vegetables.
The nutritionist said that it is worth adding spices to the dishes that speed up the metabolism: pepper, ginger or garlic. You can make a lime, ginger and cucumber drink, or use black tea. For a snack, she advised choosing fruits and vegetables.
Eliminate soda, sugar, baked goods and foods with trans fats from the diet. If losing weight wants fatty, you can eat a piece of bacon. Chromium and magnesium supplements can help reduce sugar cravings.
Solomatina added that you need to eat food three to four hours before bedtime, and then not eat any more. She also advised to go to bed early, because if a person sleeps for less than 7-8 hours, the hormone cortisol increases, which contributes to the increase in excess weight.
