Egor Krupkin, a health expert from Volgograd, told how you can quickly lose weight at home if you don't have enough time for full-fledged workouts. In social networks, the trainer regularly publishes video instructions for simple exercises for weight loss. One of them is to imitate walking for at least two minutes while lying on the couch. The expert also recommends performing the "bike" exercise with your feet. According to the specialist, this action triggers the process of burning fat in the abdomen, buttocks and legs, writes Volgogradskaya Pravda.ru. He recommends doing another exercise to make your belly flat, your waist narrow, and your buttocks beautiful. To do this, you need to lie on your left side, lift your right leg up and slightly forward. Then, without lowering your leg, press it as close to your right shoulder as possible. This exercise should be done for three minutes on each leg. Those with a sweet tooth who want to lose weight, but are not ready to change their habits for this, can perform the Chocolate technique. In this case, one snack during the day should be equal to 1-3 squares of unflavored chocolate. If more than 5 grams are eaten at a time, the excess will turn into extra pounds.
