My long-term psoriasis, which manifested itself shortly after the birth of my first child - my daughter - is a terrible thing. My dream is to go to the pool, they say, it is good for the back and for the general well-being. Alas, I can't: how can you go if your hands and feet are in bloody bubbles almost all the time? Headaches are overwhelming, so strong that the head looks like a nut, about to split. I went to a neurologist, at the reception I was all in tears, I complain to the doctor that I do not want to live. She asks sympathetically: are you lonely? I cry even more bitterly: “Just not. A wonderful husband and two children - a daughter and a son, in the family, thank God, everything is in me, deadly fatigue.”The doctor prescribed injections. Terribly sore, and in the head. But there is no sense - in a day, at best two, the nightmarish migraines return"

NO BREAKFAST IS A PLUS 7 KG PER YEAR

In the summer, Rosa went on vacation to Altai. She crawled, she says, on excursions in the usual state of somnambulism. Add to this the woman's weight of 103 kg. The weight jumped after the first birth, the second kilograms were added. I noticed: when I drink sweet tea, the headaches stop for a while. It seemed like a great way out, and our heroine also got hooked on sweets. Weight grew. But on one of those Altai excursions, an unfamiliar woman approached Rosa. She said: "If you don't radically change your life, you will die in two years." Bannikova was terribly frightened then.

“No matter how sad, but I want to live, and I have children, and they need a mother, my son was only ten,” Rosa recalls the events of three years ago. So, not from a good, as they say, life, she decided to change.

The next entry in her diary was made three months later: “We have a Healthy Lifestyle Club in Ramenskoye, I went there. So a drowning man grasps at straws.

The photos speak for themselves: in the photo on the left, Rose is 42 years old, in the photo next to it - 45.

The members of the club have quite interesting ideas about nutrition. For example, I don't like breakfast. Well, food doesn't go into my mouth in the morning, I just pour a glass of coffee into myself to wake up. They explained to me: the absence of breakfast for a person is plus seven additional kilograms a year. So count it! In short, you can't skip breakfast. It is more correct to start the morning with a glass of clean water, and you need to drink at least 2.5 liters of it a day. Moreover, tea and coffee are not counted, there must be pure water”.

Two weeks later, our heroine will record in her diary: “I used to go on diets, drank pain relievers for headaches - I ruined my stomach, now it hurts from time to time. And I drank coffee incessantly, because there was no energy. There is no sense in diets: you will lose five kilograms in a couple of weeks, you will break down, and in a week the scales are already plus seven. She sat and cried, realizing her own powerlessness and lack of will. Now I am learning the basics of proper nutrition. Comfortable weight loss, even for people like me, is two to three kilograms a month. Total minus 24 for the year. We must strive for this. And not to rapid weight loss. Is it difficult to realign your meal schedule? Okay, nutrition consultant helps. In the store, I force myself to walk past the counters with my favorite croutons and chocolates. As I now know: sugar lowers immunity, flushes calcium out of the body, increases the rate of skin aging. At the same time, sweet is a real addiction. Like alcohol or cigarettes. In general, obesity is a disease, and fat is an inflammatory process in the body, we have to be aware of this."

FEELING AT 18!

Two months later: “In fact, the diary should be different. Not this one, where I list my ailments and complain about fate. And the food diary! And I started it. I carefully record everything that got into my mouth during the day. In the evening - a detailed analysis. Is there enough protein and water - this is the most important thing for the body? At first, you are too lazy to eat by the clock and fix it, over time you get used to it, if you want to achieve a result - take it and do it. And more importantly: no sport will help you lose weight, even if you don't get out of the gym for days, first of all, you need to establish nutrition."

Two years later. Former bbw Rose weighs just over 50 kg. Without any pills, fashionable liposuction and cuts - oh, horror, but some do! - parts of the stomach.

Diary entry: “Some cut off the skin, fat, but after a while it comes back again. And the stomach stretches out like an accordion again. So this is the wrong way. Only competent nutrition can correct most of the malfunctions in the body. The skin has cleared, migraines and psoriasis no longer worry. I forgot what pills are, I stopped making money for pharmacies"

Life began to play with colors, gained meaning. Now Bannikova herself consults on nutrition issues, having carefully studied the issue from her own experience. She organized her own School of Nutrition (free of charge, information on personal instagram), there are already many students.

“There are no evil people. And there are no unhappy ones. There are people with malfunctions in the body, and these malfunctions are caused by improper nutrition. Now I have more than enough energy, I feel 18 years old, not a minute more, the former plump woman wrote in her diary the other day. Photos, where she is slim and happy, speak for themselves. Not photoshop - the author of these lines knew the heroine of the former, sad and depressed, and sees renewed, it's like two different Roses.

Healthy eating secrets from Rosa Bannikova:

the maximum break between meals should be 3-3.5 hours, no more. The schedule, for example, is as follows: breakfast (7.00), light snack (10.30), lunch (14.00, this is the most dense meal), light snack (17.00), dinner (also light 19.30-20.00); too long breaks between meals - this is the way to extra pounds: the body, as it were, accumulates reserves just in case, and you swell by leaps and bounds; extra pounds are affected by a night's sleep. You need to go to bed no later than 23.00 with tightly curtained windows, without extraneous noise. Wake up not earlier than 6.00; there are no unhealthy foods, the body needs fish, vegetables, cheese, bread (preferably whole-grain flour), and cereals. And even a cake, if you want, is sometimes possible. But everything is good in moderation. One meal - no more than the size of your palm, with the exception of lunch; you should not throw food into the body on the go, on the run - learn to enjoy it.
