In the next release of the program on his YouTube channel, the doctor published a message from a viewer who was outraged by the doctor's call to ban the sale of antibiotics without a prescription.

The wave of criticism against Komarovsky is caused by the fact that because of his instructions in Russia it will soon be impossible to buy antibiotics without a doctor's prescription when they are very necessary. The commentator justifies his indignation by the fact that sometimes it is very difficult to get to a specialist. He also added that some doctors need to prove that you need this particular antibiotic.
Dr. Komarovsky only laughed in response to this angry message. He stressed that he remains unconvinced that antibiotics should only be sold with a doctor's prescription.
“And note that the doctors do not understand whether they need an antibiotic or not, the fact that it is impossible to see a doctor - do you know who is to blame? Komarovsky is to blame for this,”the TV presenter joked.
Yevgeny Komarovsky noted that self-medication with antibiotics often does more harm, since you need to know many nuances to use the drug. According to him, this is comparable to the situation, if a person cannot get to the surgeon, then anyone who wants to operate on him.
