Medical diagnostics in the offices of "My Documents" gives residents a basic picture of the state of the body. We are pleased to announce that citizens can now go through a medical check in 30 public service centers. The process itself takes a minimum amount of time, there is no need to make an appointment in advance for an examination. Based on the results of the diagnosis, the visitor will receive information about his health and general recommendations. More than 20 thousand Muscovites have already checked their health in the centers "My Documents", - quoted in the material, the words of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.
During this diagnosis, visitors are invited to determine the composition of the body, check the level of blood oxygen saturation, make an analysis of exhaled air, measure blood pressure and pulse. All installed equipment is easy to use, the verification procedure itself is free and takes on average 7-10 minutes. Based on the results of the diagnosis, a sheet is formed with a detailed analysis of the main parameters of the body and advice on a healthy lifestyle. The data can be added to your electronic medical record, sent by e-mail or printed.
In addition, the flagship offices have My Health offices. Here you can undergo a free examination under the programs "Healthy Heart", "Healthy Vessels", "Healthy Lungs" and "Healthy Nutrition". At the entrance, visitors will be greeted by a robot diagnostician who will determine body temperature, blood sugar and oxygen levels, human lung volume and glucose levels. For further procedures, you must have a passport with you.
The addresses of the centers where modern diagnostic complexes are located are indicated on the project website. District centers are open to visitors from 8:00 to 20:00, flagship offices and the palace of public services at VDNKh - from 10:00 to 22:00.
