The training of a football player consists of 10 exercises, divided into five sets. There are two of them in each of the blocks, and they are combined with each other. This is a certain difficulty: as a rule, both exercises are quite complex and energy-intensive, which does not allow the muscles to relax.
Bench press: 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Squats: 3 sets of 12 reps.
Incline Bench Press: 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Barbell walking and lunges: 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
After these two blocks, the guy still has little strength. With that, the blogger obviously looks after himself and trains regularly. But this is just the beginning.

Swing dumbbells over the chest: 3 sets of 10-12 times. Dumbbells on outstretched arms need to be reduced and spread at chest level.
Cable pull: 3 sets of 10-12 reps. For this exercise, you will need a cable and kettlebell rig. You need to raise the weights with impulses and lower them smoothly.
Leg extension: 3 sets of 12 reps. You will need a weight block trainer for the quadriceps and hamstrings.
Flexion of the tendon: 3 sets of 12 reps. The same simulator as in the first exercise of the block, but you need to use the tendons.
