Participants of the third season of the "Sports Weekend" project, which started in Moscow on March 1, will be able to practice yoga, Pilates, dancing, Nordic walking and other popular disciplines. This was reported by the press service of the Department of Sports of the capital.
“The third season promises to be even more interesting and dynamic. All participants will have their favorite morning exercises with elements of yoga, stretching, Pilates, and physical training. And on weekends - training in Nordic walking, Pilates, yoga, dancing and several other popular and fashionable sports disciplines. This season, the largest Russian fitness chain World Class has become a partner of the project, which not only develops a world-class fitness infrastructure in Russia, but also promotes healthy lifestyles, said Alexei Kondarantsev, head of the Moscow Sports Department, as quoted in the message.
It is noted that the third season will last nine weeks. As part of the project, anyone can practice their favorite sport online with professional coaches using Zoom or on the YouTube channel.
“It is already known that the actress Yana Koshkina will join the training sessions as part of the Sports Weekend. Together with the project specialists, she will conduct a yoga class. Stand-up comedian, TV presenter and actor Vladimir Markoni will take part in functional and dance training, and world famous Russian powerlifter Kirill Sarychev will be a guest of the soft fitness training. The names of other star participants are still kept secret, but among them there will definitely be famous athletes, actors, musicians and bloggers,”the press service added.
"Sports Weekend" is a joint project of the Moscow Sports Department and the centers of public services "My Documents". In the second season of the project, star artists and athletes took part, they conducted classes together with the trainers of "Sports Weekend".
