“In the spring, vitamin deficiency is a lack of vitamins of groups C, B and D. Their deficiency worsens the general condition of the body. If people have been ill with covid, then vitamin deficiency will only aggravate the recovery process,”the doctor quotes radio Sputnik.
In order to avoid the double negative effect of vitamin deficiency and COVID-19, the specialist recommends taking tests for the level of vitamins in the body and making up for their deficiency.
