Singer Stas Piekha recovered from the coronavirus and spoke about his clinics continuing to work during the pandemic. The artist said this in an interview with the correspondent of "Komsomolskaya Pravda".
The musician explained that the main treatment for the coronavirus took two and a half weeks. “The first two days were the most difficult: temperature 40 and withdrawal symptoms. Then the sense of smell and taste disappeared,”said Piekha.
The singer did breathing exercises to minimize the effects of pneumonia. “I was a diligent patient who did what he was told. And we can say that he practically recovered, only the immunity, of course, subsided,”said the artist.
According to Piekha, he has not yet tried to sing at performances after recovering, but he has not quit singing at home. The singer noted that his voice is still wheezing and has not fully recovered.
Speaking about plans for the end of the year, the artist said that he was going to open another rehabilitation clinic, working with people suffering from alcoholism and drug addiction. “The pandemic has not greatly affected the work of our centers, because we are dealing with a problem that is always urgent,” Piekha said.
At the age of 34, the artist suffered a heart attack. He spoke about this in October 2019.
