Not everyone can, for example, train without a break for a long time or lift dumbbells. Therefore, I post both light and heavier workouts,”the girl shared.
According to the trainer, you need to devote time to physical activity every day, but the classes themselves should be alternated. For example, sit-ups on Monday, shoulder and back exercises on Tuesday, abs on Wednesday, etc.
For those who like to strengthen muscles with weights, Daria recommends purchasing useful equipment. For example, fitness rubber bands are as effective as dumbbells. Thanks to them, you can work out literally every muscle group from the buttocks to the press, - says the girl. Another useful piece of equipment is the Pilates ring, which will help train almost all the muscles in the body, improve spinal mobility and keep all back muscles in good shape. Shoes for training are of great importance, says Daria. It is important to do the exercises as efficiently as possible and not get hurt.
The coach also recommends that after the end of the session, do not go to rest or drink water immediately, but do stretching. After it, the muscles are less susceptible to accidental injuries, it tones the joints and helps to improve posture, the girl explained.
