MOSCOW, February 14 - RIA Novosti. You can plan a vacation after the second phase of vaccination against coronavirus infection COVID-19, swimming in the sea and sunbathing is not prohibited, Andrei Tyazhelnikov, chief freelance specialist in primary health care for adults at the Moscow Health Department, told RIA Novosti.
"The vaccine protects a person from infection with coronavirus and, among other things, makes travel and other aspects of life safer. After the second phase of vaccination, you can plan a vacation. Vaccination does not imply restrictions on movement. Vaccination does not in any way limit swimming in the sea and sunbathing. But Regardless of vaccination, everything is good in moderation. Overheating in the sun is not useful and dangerous for anyone, "Tyazhelnikov said.
At the same time, the doctor noted that if a person had a coronavirus infection, recovered completely and feels good, then he can lead a normal life, including going on vacation. As for long flights, the approach should be individual, depending on the severity of the disease, the required rehabilitation period, and general health. If a person has fully recovered, then there are no restrictions.
