According to the expert, the natural fructose found in fruits is good for the body, but sugar substitutes based on it can be dangerous.
Fructose without apples, pears, vegetables and fruits is absorbed differently. When we immediately take fructose, it begins to be absorbed in the wrong place, at the wrong time and in the wrong amount,”Myasnikov said on the Russia 1 TV channel.
He urged Russians to abandon such an "alternative" to sweets. You won't be able to lose weight by eating this substance, but you can get diabetes instead.
