British resident Claire Dewsbury decided to lose weight at 45 and lost almost 60 kilograms in two years. He revealed his method of losing weight to Teesside Live.
The woman said that the secret of her success was two photographs in which she weighs 150 kilograms. The British woman glued them to the inside of the kitchen cabinet door, so that every time she opened it, she saw herself at her maximum weight. “I could look at the picture, say to myself, 'You won't come back,' and close the closet,” Dewsbury recalled.
She used to love bread, snack on crackers and buns, and choke on the stairs. In September 2018, Claire wanted to change her life for the sake of two children, signed up for the gym, began to monitor the diet and cook at home, giving up fast food and other unhealthy foods. Instead of four buttered toasts for breakfast, the woman began to eat fruit or "right" pancakes, chicken nuggets and chips were replaced with wok-cooked dishes. Within a few weeks, Claire began to lose kilograms.
“I used to lead an unhealthy lifestyle. I have asthma and this was a serious factor. It also seemed to me that I was a bad mother, because they could not go out to play with my son. I began to lose weight for the sake of the children, but in the process I realized that I was becoming more self-confident and I was doing it for myself and not for others,”said the British woman.
Now Dewsbury weighs 90 kilograms, she is active and constantly walks with the child. Her ultimate goal is to reach 70 kilograms.
