This became possible due to a decrease in the number of citizens with coronavirus who require hospital treatment. First of all, this applies to departments that, before the pandemic, were engaged in the treatment of cardiovascular, neurological diseases, as well as a number of other profiles. The corresponding decree will be prepared by the ministry in the near future. The head of the region noted that there are complaints from residents who cannot get vaccinated against coronavirus. For example, in the Samara polyclinic 3, the patient was allegedly informed that it is possible to sign up for vaccination only through the portal of State Services, but there is no possibility there either - due to the lack of an electronic registry at the polyclinic. After an operational check, Armen Benyan reported that the institution's online registration in the State Services is working. But the actions of the employees of the medical institution, if they took place, were illegal. “If a person came by himself, he should have been registered for vaccination,” he explained.
