At the beginning of the meeting, according to tradition, the head of the Rospotrebnadzor department in the Samara region, Svetlana Arkhipova, reported on the epidemiological situation in the region. According to her, over the past day, 279 cases of the disease were registered in the region. The indicator per 100 thousand of the population was 8.75, on average in the Russian Federation - 12.42. Over the past day, 7,051 studies have been carried out for coronavirus infection. In his report, the Minister of Health of the Samara Region Armen Benyan spoke about the fulfillment of the order of the head of the region to increase the number of vaccination rooms. Their number has doubled - up to 137. 129 offices have been opened in medical institutions of the region, another 8 - in the institutions of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency and at industrial enterprises. Separately, Dmitry Azarov instructed to open a vaccination room in the village of Roshchinsky, where a large number of military men and members of their families live. By the end of February, the region will receive two more batches of the vaccine. Until the 8th, 51.1 thousand doses are expected, until the 28th - another 79.2 thousand. Today, 22 thousand doses of the vaccine have already arrived in the Samara region. Those interested can sign up for vaccination through the State Services portal, through the portal of the unified electronic registry (UER), in the unified contact center or directly in the clinic, where the appointment is made by phone at the registry. The Minister of Health also said that in a week, a number of departments that were previously given over to COVID-19 treatment may begin to return to work in their main profile. This became possible due to a decrease in the number of citizens with coronavirus who require hospital treatment. First of all, this applies to departments that, before the pandemic, were engaged in the treatment of cardiovascular, neurological diseases, as well as a number of other profiles. The corresponding decree will be prepared by the ministry in the near future. The head of the region noted that there are complaints from residents who cannot get vaccinated against coronavirus. For example, in the Samara polyclinic 3, the patient was allegedly informed that it is possible to sign up for vaccination only through the portal of State Services, but there is no possibility there either - due to the lack of an electronic registry at the polyclinic. After an operational check, Armen Benyan reported that the institution's online registration in the State Services is working. But the actions of the employees of the medical institution, if they took place, were illegal. “If a person came by himself, he should have been registered for vaccination,” he explained. The Governor instructed to understand in detail the validity of the appeal: - Let's figure it out, check if the information is true. People are worried, worried about the health of relatives and friends, their own health. There must be reliable information everywhere. In addition, Dmitry Azarov instructed to conduct an inspection on the occasion of the alleged coercion of a student of a medical college in Novokuibyshevsk to be vaccinated: - Vaccination is voluntary! I ask you to once again bring this to everyone. And check - is it true or not, was there a case or is it another fake news? Dmitry Azarov also instructed the Minister of Health to check the complaints of residents of municipal districts about the refusal to provide emergency assistance to residents of a remote village in the Borsky District and a message about the idleness of new special vehicles transferred to the health care system in the Stavropol District. - We transferred to the villages for two hundred cars, which were never there, - reminded the governor. - We transfer new cars, take them from officials so that doctors can reach patients. Check all calls, every situation. If the information is confirmed, take tough action.
