The first stage of vaccination against COVID-19 has been completed in Anapa. The head of the department for the prevention and control of AIDS at the Anapa City Hospital, infectious disease doctor Olga Kryvulya, told the ACh correspondent about how the process is going. - Vaccination is very successful. We have recently had a very high activity of the population. We ourselves did not expect that there would be such a number of applicants. And, in general, it pleases, because people see that the first stage went well, there are no side effects. Previously, people were still afraid of the consequences, they were afraid of getting sick. Now many have realized that it is safe. Already vaccinated against coronavirus, Anapchane residents advise their loved ones to follow their example. Now there are almost a thousand people in the queue for vaccination. And further. None of our doctors, who were vaccinated and after that worked with covid patients, became infected. We can already state this, one might say, a joyful result. As you know, doctors, teachers, employees of Rospotrebnadzor were the first to be vaccinated in Anapa. It was back on December 30th. Then workers in the transport sector and the service sector underwent vaccine prophylaxis. Some have even received a second dose. As Olga Mikhailovna emphasized, vaccination is proceeding successfully, no serious side effects have been identified. In some cases, only an increase in temperature was recorded - 37.5 degrees, a mild flu-like syndrome. But some serious undesirable effects were not recorded by them alone. The vaccination procedure is as follows. Each patient is examined by a doctor before vaccination, for which a special office has been created in the city polyclinic. The vaccination candidate fills out a questionnaire, voluntary informed consent, and the doctor decides whether the patient can be vaccinated. Of course, there are contraindications and in some cases this vaccination must be done with caution. Vaccination during pregnancy, breastfeeding, under the age of 18, as well as people who are allergic to the components of the vaccine, in particular chicken protein, is contraindicated. Vaccination will have to be postponed in the acute period of acute respiratory viral infections, with pneumonia, exacerbation of any disease. Care should be taken to vaccinate with oncology in remission, diabetes, even immunodeficiency states. Here, only a doctor evaluates the indications. People over 60 years of age are allowed to be vaccinated. - If a person has had COVID-19, then, according to the latest data, immunity lasts 3-4 months for sure, - continues Olga Kryvulya. - then the amount of antibodies begins to decrease. Therefore, we recommend, after the transferred covid, to pass for antibodies, and if they are in a good "titer", then you can postpone the vaccination and pass in another two months. On average, it is recommended to vaccinate six months after the transferred covid. As for alcohol, then, according to Olga Kryvuli, the testimony in this part has changed. If earlier it was not recommended to drink an intoxicating drink for 22 days, now it is only 3 days. That is, it is necessary to abstain the day before the vaccination and three days after. Olga Mikhailovna recalled that Sputnik V has special storage and application conditions. So that it does not lose its properties, after defrosting the ampoule, injections must be given to a group of five people. So far, according to Olga Mikhailovna, everything is going smoothly. Another 2,300 doses of the vaccine are expected soon. The vaccine will also be distributed to local services, to rural districts, because there are a lot of people who want to be vaccinated in the countryside. So, in the coming days, a new large batch of Sputnik V will arrive in Anapa - 2300 doses. You can sign up for vaccination through the State Service website, as well as by phone 8 (964) 913-58-28 or by contacting the clinic in person, just go to the registry.
