Sports and medicine are considered one of the most effective ways to prolong youth. Modern cosmetology provides a lot of different ways to overcome age-related changes, but the procedures must be selected depending on the type of aging. The aif portal turned to a dermatologist, cosmetologist Stanislav Arkannikov for recommendations.
There are, as a rule, four types of aging: finely wrinkled, tired, deformational and muscular. Anything that does not fall under one of the classifications is called a combined type.
Sharon Stone and Kate Moss have a fine-wrinkled type of aging. The shape of the face is well preserved; in this case, the skin gets it. Initially thin, dry and prone to irritation, with age, it is dotted with fine wrinkles. Funds with a protective UV factor, photorejuvenation, biorevitalization, mesotherapy, superficial and midline peels, contour plastic based on gels to fill wrinkles and botulinum therapy should help.

The tired type is reflected in the faces of Monica Bellucci and Kate Middleton. The skin and subcutaneous fat go down, the skin becomes grayish. The nasolabial folds and nasolacrimal grooves are clearly visible. Doctors for rejuvenation can offer fillers based on hyaluronic acid, tonic and manual massages, as well as mesotherapy, biorevitalization and non-aggressive peelings.

Deformation type of aging can be traced in Goldie Hawn, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Sarah Jessica Parker. As a rule, it is typical for obese women, but the women mentioned above prove the opposite. What happens: the oval is lost, the cheeks go down, folds form on the neck and in the décolleté area, the upper eyelids hang, bags under the eyes appear. It is worth noting here that this type of aging is the most difficult to fight. What will be most effective: laser rejuvenation, middle peelings, sculptural massages.
The muscular type of aging is the most fortunate. This is perfectly illustrated by Cindy Crawford, Sandra Bullock and Jackie Chan. Age is given only by mimic wrinkles, since the skin itself remains smooth, the oval of the face does not deform at all. In order to maintain youth, procedures aimed at the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid are selected: neocollagenesis, mesotherapy, chemical peels, microcurrent therapy.
