There are several ways to combat chronic fatigue. They were named to the Russians by a doctor of the highest category, a neurologist of the Moscow City Clinical Hospital No.17 Inessa Kolchu, “Argumenty i Fakty” reports.
According to her, there are medication methods of treatment, but drugs can be taken only after a doctor's appointment.
Among other methods, the doctor named general strengthening measures: avoiding stressful situations whenever possible, avoiding overwork. In addition, it is worth trying to change the work schedule, leaving enough time for rest. Then, during work, you need to take a break every 1-1.5 hours. Exercise is beneficial for sedentary work.
During vacation, for recovery, it is advisable to go out into nature or go on a trip. Exercise has a positive effect. It is also worth adjusting the diet and eating enough vegetables and fruits. Another way is healthy sleep. An adult needs at least eight hours a day, it is better to go to bed before 23 hours.
A person with chronic fatigue is recommended as many positive emotions as possible, but each has an individual source for them, Kolchu pointed out.
Earlier it was reported that in order to combat drowsiness in warm winter weather, it is necessary to walk more often in the fresh air, to engage in moderate physical activity. As explained by the therapist Nadezhda Chernyshova, the main reasons for drowsiness are lack of fresh air, a sedentary lifestyle and low physical activity, as well as improper sleep and rest.
