Ten days of festive New Year's holidays is not a reason to relax and keep your figure in shape. Anna Esaulkova, fitness trainer of the Yekaterinburg Martial Arts Academy of the RMK, gives some simple but important advice on how to cheerfully and harmoniously spend the New Year holidays.
The morning doesn't always start with a hot cup of coffee. Before starting a new day in a cheerful spirit, one important rule should be adhered to - start a new day with exercise. “In the morning after you wake up, you need to do a one-time warm-up. But before that, drink water, wash yourself, do exercises, and then have breakfast. After your morning coffee, you can start a new day,”says the fitness trainer.
A few simple exercises are suitable for charging:
warm-up; twisting on the press; a chair against the wall (squats); push-ups (for men with support on toes, for girls - on their knees) plank.
Set aside a minute or two for each exercise. “These simple exercises will bring you vigor and good mood for the whole day,” says Anna Esaulkova.
A fitness trainer advises against doing workouts late at night, as there is a fear that your body will be overexcited and you will not be able to sleep well. “Evening exercises will be useful not late in the evening. In this case, I advise you to pay more attention to the legs and gluteal muscles: a little more squats, but without additional weight, leg lunges and swings, "the expert advises.
According to Anna Esaulkova, daily jogging will never interfere with the general condition of the body. “But they will be useful if you do not have health problems: with the musculoskeletal system and knees. This is important!”- Anna Esaulkova notes.
As a rule, people start doing jogging for themselves after they start doing general physical exercises.
