Vaginal muscle training plays an important role in preparing for a “soft” and minimally painful birth. It helps to exclude tears, prolapse of the uterus and the back of the vagina. Postpartum recovery is also more successful with intimate exercise. They quickly restore the elasticity of the muscles and the elasticity of the vaginal walls, reduce the vaginal volume, which changes significantly after childbirth.

How to train MTD

There are several basic ways to add even more pleasure to your sex.

Vaginal balls. Modern doctors recommend using vaginal balls for training, which are sold in sex shops and are available to everyone. Valeria Aginskaya tells the details of the training:

“For training we use vaginal balls of different designs. Every day we insert double balls on a hitch with a diameter of 4.5 cm and wear them for 3 hours, periodically tensing the muscles (every 10 minutes).

We carry out this exercise for 21 days, for 6 days in a row, we do a day off for 1 day. For the next 3 weeks, we wear the balls for 5 hours a day in this way: every 30 minutes we strain the muscles for 30 seconds, 30 seconds of relaxation, and so on for 5 repetitions.For the next 3 weeks, we carry 1 ball of greater weight - the muscles have already acquired tone, the ball will not fall out.

Balls without chain are intended for a more advanced level of training. You can put them in your vagina and hold them in your muscles for as long as you can. Remember to keep moving. The balls have a displaced center of gravity, so they will strive to fall out all the time.

Gradually increase the load by changing balls - the higher the level of your "skill" (and the stronger your intimate muscles), the smaller the diameter and the greater the weight of the ball.
