Olga Grigoryan, a leading researcher at the Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Sciences, in an interview with Moscow Says, commented on the diet of singer Nadezhda Babkina and actress Nonna Grishaeva.
Babkina previously admitted that every day for 8 hours she eats whatever she wants, and for the remaining 16 hours she does not take food, limiting herself to water and tea without sugar. According to Grigoryan, this is a scientifically approved diet. "We use it very widely, we recommend it for all people, because our gastrointestinal tract must rest, we cannot constantly load it. Eight, maximum ten hours a day are allotted to eat," said the specialist.
However, such a diet is not suitable for people with diagnosed health problems, such as diabetes.
