TV and radio presenter Alla Dovlatova talked about what motivates her to follow the diet and exercise regimen. In an interview with Starhit, she also revealed her way to lose weight after the New Years.

“When, after the New Year holidays, you return from vacation, where you picked up a little, and you see that“the very dress”doesn't look so good on you, you pull yourself together and get back in shape,” she described her own motivation.

According to Dovlatova, the main thing in her method is to hold out for a week, observing a special regime, after which the person is drawn in, and it becomes easier for him. The presenter emphasized that she does fitness three to five times a week, every morning on an empty stomach she does breathing exercises according to Marina Korpan's system, and also does water aerobics for half an hour a day.

"I will never and never put sugar in tea or coffee, under any circumstances!" - emphasized Dovlatova, speaking about nutrition. The presenter noted that she prefers fruit instead of sugar, and said that she eats only yeast-free bread from flour products.
