Tyazhelnikov added that first it is necessary to consult with your attending physician and he will give the necessary recommendations, depending on the severity of the disease. “After pneumonia, fibrotic phenomena can form in the lungs and the body needs to be helped to recover. Respiratory techniques, for example, gymnastics by Alexandra Strelnikova, will be effective,” the specialist said. He added that if the strength does not allow, then breathing exercises can be done lying down, at best - you can resort to a treadmill or an exercise bike.
