And in the case when there is no help from relatives or a nanny, the battery runs out very quickly and there comes a moment of emptiness or even burnout. How to restore a resource and not bring yourself to complete depletion? So, at the first stage - make a list of resource recovery. You can come up with it yourself or get ideas from the Internet and adapt them for yourself. It is important to determine what gives pleasure to you. For example, sit for 15 minutes in silence with a cup of tea and candy, or take a walk alone while listening to your favorite podcast. The second stage is to learn to understand when the resource is coming to an end, and, if possible, not to push it to the limit. Anticipate this moment and move on to the third stage - action. Allocate time to recover. Where can I get it? Let's turn to my list. Delegation comes first. Accept help. Actively involve relatives or even friends in all duties. If possible, invite professional assistants (nanny, cleaner, kindergarten teacher). Allow yourself to do nothing periodically. And don't blame yourself for it. You can just sit and stare at the ceiling or stroll down the street without a goal. It is necessary to treat such an "empty" pastime as a serious task - rest for the possibility of further achievements. Create a clean and clutter-free space around. It is worth getting rid of a large number of things at once that wander from one room to another, accumulate in mountains in the corners and hang like a heavy load in our minds. Especially fills and gives pleasure not just getting rid of, but finding a new use for them. Surround yourself with beauty. Items that bring pleasure. These can be small memorabilia, unusual food served, or smart clothes. Lead a healthy lifestyle. Get enough sleep, eat the right food, and exercise. Doing things that are fun. The item can be very extensive. For me, this is watching TV shows, reading books, making desired purchases, a cup of coffee in silence, spending quality time with a child (for an interesting activity and without distractions for household chores, without gadgets), taking a hot bath, helping others, new flowers at home, hugging … Do not strive for perfection in daily tasks. As the saying goes: "The best is the enemy of the good." Perfectionism is very exhausting. To find something valuable in every day, to be in the moment. I usually remember the phrase of Steve Jobs: "If you live every day as if it were the last, one day you will surely be right." Don't set many goals for the day. A couple of basic three is enough. This is extremely important. After all, if we overload ourselves with tasks, then in the end we do not cope with their implementation.And then we feel dissatisfaction and fatigue, not even noticing how much we actually did! At the end of the day, thank yourself for everything you have achieved. That's the whole secret.
