People who have had contact with patients with coronavirus can leave self-isolation after 14 days without a mandatory test. This is stated in the decree of the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova, published on the official Internet portal of legal information. The document notes that the discharge of patients with COVID-19 is possible after one negative test for coronavirus, and not after two. If a positive result is obtained in preparation for the patient's discharge, the next laboratory test should be carried out no earlier than three calendar days later. Popova obliged to inform those infected and those who had contact with them about the test results within one working day. At the same time, the duration of the test for COVID-19 should not exceed 48 hours from the moment the biological material arrives at the laboratory. The country's chief sanitary doctor ordered to increase the minimum level of coverage with PCR tests for coronavirus per day to 200 per 100 thousand inhabitants.
