“Absolutely everything is counted: coffee, tea, soups, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon, iceberg lettuce and so on. That is, you can eat water,”the specialist emphasized.

At the same time, Nefedova noted that other drinks will not be as beneficial as water. “For example, many people drink different fruit drinks. There is liquid there, but along with it there is additional sugar,”she explained.

In September, nutritionist and endocrinologist Albina Komissarova dispelled a number of common misconceptions about healthy eating. So, the expert said that you can eat carbohydrates at night, since the food consumed by a person is absorbed regardless of the time of day. In addition, she noted that it is not necessary to drink two liters of water a day, since there are no water consumption norms, instead there is a total liquid consumption norm.
