18-year-old Mikey considers herself a girl, but does not hide that she was born with male external genitals. A year ago, she found out that she also has female internal organs. It is a type of intersexuality and is caused by congenital persistent Müllerian duct syndrome (SPDT). Intersex sex characteristics are both feminine and masculine and can appear in many different ways. And Mikey says she always knew she was a girl - she just thought she was trans.
The fact that he - or rather she - has a female reproductive system, became known only a year ago, when she went to the doctors because of unusual sensations in the abdomen. They found Mikey's uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes. She was told that if she wanted to, she could get pregnant with IVF, however, if this desire is there, she should hurry up. Intersex people are at high risk of developing cancer, and doctors often insist on removing excess organs. Despite her young age, Mikey agreed - and is now expecting a son. The other day she shared a new photo with a noticeably enlarged belly.

Pregnancy is about wearing shorts and sweating, even if it's cold outside, - complains Mikey. She will not have to give birth "naturally" - her vagina is not formed. The baby will be born with a cesarean section. After giving birth, Mikey will continue her transgender transition to finally establish herself as a woman.
