The footballers accused of hooliganism, Alexander Kokorin and Pavel Mamaev, have not yet been able to keep fit, exercising in the gym, which is in the Butyrka remand prison. The executive secretary of the Public Monitoring Commission of Moscow Ivan Melnikov, who checked the conditions for keeping the players, told about this in an interview with "Soviet Sport":
- There is a gym in Butyrka, and the players want to work out there. They will write the corresponding statements later, because it is necessary that money be received on their current accounts. And the account is opened on time from a week to two. A visit to the gym costs 250 rubles, an additional shower - another 80 rubles, - said Ivan Melnikov.
According to Melnikov, before the transfer of money and consideration of applications, Kokorin and Mamaev do not have many opportunities to maintain their physical shape.
- They are allowed to walk for one hour every day. There are small walking yards. Running on this concrete is probably unlikely to work, but there are bars on top - and some of the suspects there are pulling up to keep in shape. In the cell, you can also do push-ups, squats, - explained the executive secretary of the Public Monitoring Commission of Moscow.
Recall that Alexander Kokorin and Pavel Mamaev were placed in a pre-trial detention center by a court decision for a period of 2 months. They are accused of hooliganism after they beat the TV presenter's driver for several hours and then attacked two officials in a cafe.
