A young mother from the Australian state of New South Wales revealed the secret of how she managed to lose 46 kilograms in 28 weeks without going to the gym. Reported by the Daily Mail.

Katelyn Lankester gained 99 kilograms in November 2019 after giving birth to her first child. “I hated the way I looked and tried not to leave the house,” she admits. However, she began her transformation only six months later, on May 25 last year, when she came across an advertisement for online workouts with fitness trainer Rachel Dillon.

Thanks to daily home workouts and healthy eating, Lankester lost up to 53 kilograms in just seven months. Each workout consisted of strength exercises targeting a specific muscle group. In addition, the program included fat burning cardio workouts.

Online training was perfect for Lankester, as she could play sports and look after the baby at the same time. “I fell in love with this fitness program from the very beginning and to this day I adhere to it,” she said.

The Australian woman has given up junk food and now starts the morning with coffee and oatmeal with fruit. For lunch, she eats toast with avocado, and dines on chicken or beef with vegetables. She prefers yogurt and a protein shake for snacks. Lankester tries to consume no more than 1,500 kilocalories per day. “The change in weight has affected my life so well,” she said. "I am proud of my results and now I am trying to pump muscles."

Earlier it was reported that a resident of the English County of Durham, who had grown fat to 95 kilograms, lost 22 kilograms in four months and revealed the secret of success. She changed her diet and is trying to walk ten thousand steps a day.
