Volgograd residents who have recovered from the coronavirus continue to donate blood for the production of anticoid plasma. The number of doses in the region increased to 888 units.

According to the regional health department, patients with coronavirus in the Volgograd region have already received more than 193 liters of anticoid plasma.
450 ml of blood is taken from one donor, from which a 250–270 ml dose of anticoid plasma is subsequently obtained. It takes an average of four days to make the serum.

The epidemiological situation in the region remains tense, but is fully controlled by the regional authorities.
