Kari claims that she realized three things while losing weight. First, it is very important not to set unrealistic goals for yourself. For example, the diet should not be overly strict. Secondly, she began to look at fitness in a new way. “I have found that exercising improves my way of thinking and overall well-being, which makes losing weight and maintaining weight more enjoyable and positive,” the woman said.
