According to the expert, in order to get rid of extra pounds in three to four months, it is enough to follow a few simple rules. First of all, Solomatina noted the importance of proper sleep. Growth hormone (somatotropin), which affects weight loss, begins to be produced at midnight, when a person is in the deep sleep phase, so people who dream of losing weight should go to bed before 23:30.

Solomatina believes that when trying to lose weight, you should not starve and stick to strict low-calorie diets. She advises giving preference to easily digestible protein, replacing fried meat with boiled meat, and fatty pork with chicken, turkey and fish. The doctor encourages you to eat red meat no more than twice a week. In addition, fresh vegetables and herbs should be present in the daily diet to help weight loss.

Spices, in particular pepper, garlic, and ginger, help speed up metabolism and get rid of fat. Solomatina claims that the best slimming shake is a cucumber, ginger and lime smoothie. When losing weight, drinking green tea without sugar is also beneficial.

Solomatina recalled the benefits of drinking water to stay hydrated and lose weight faster. You should drink at least 30 milliliters of water per kilogram of body weight per day, the expert notes. In her opinion, it is optimal to arrange at least five meals a day, and use vegetables and berries as snacks. "Less carbohydrates, they increase glucose and weight!" she warned.

Another simple but important rule for losing weight is to have dinner no later than 3-4 hours before bedtime. Solomatina recommends giving up sugary carbonated drinks, muffins, unhealthy snacks, fast food. The main thing, according to the doctor, is to set a goal and be consistent. With this approach, you can easily achieve the desired shape by the appointed time.
