If you dislike toothpaste, temporarily replace it with mouthwash. Closer to lunchtime, as soon as the condition improves, you can try to brush your teeth in the usual way.
Try to eat often and in small portions. Do not starve at all. With an empty stomach, he will certainly start to vomit.
Lemon will help fight nausea. Drink a glass of lemon water, or simply chew on a small piece of citrus.

For the duration of toxicosis, remove objects from the smell of which causes nausea. Avoid close contact with family members who smoke.

Observe your sleep schedule. If the body requires, sleep during the day.
