Most Russians will normally endure the six-day working week created by the holidays, but some may face difficulties. This opinion was expressed by the candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor of the Moscow City Pedagogical University Larisa Ovcharenko.
It will not be easy for those whose position involves intense work with a high degree of concentration. Also, the weather in a number of regions of the country can additionally affect fatigue.
“This sixth day will cause excessive stress, since fatigue will have already accumulated earlier,” the expert explained in an interview with Sputnik radio.
The specialist advised, if possible, to distribute the activities and leave the easiest or most pleasant things to the last exit. According to her, the "frog" symbolizing the most unpleasant tasks should be "eaten right away."
The second method to help you avoid stress over a six-day week is to focus on the weekend and imagine what it will be like.
“Any workload should be planned with rest,” Ovcharenko noted.
Earlier it was reported that the upcoming week will be the only week with six working days in 2021. Following the "six-day" there will be an unusually long weekend associated with the Defender of the Fatherland Day.
