Judging by the message that the journalists managed to see on Twitter, the cost of one dose of the AstraZenec vaccine will be 1.78. The price for the drug from Johnson & Johnson will cost 7, Sanofi - GSK - 7.56, CureVac - 10, BioNTech - Pfizer will cost 12, and the vaccine from Modern - 14.6.
Purchase prices are shown in the table. After receiving batches of the drug from COVID-19, European countries will already set their own prices, and will also determine the procedure for vaccination of the population.
So far, none of the above vaccines can be used in the EU. Only from next week the drug from Pfizer can be registered, the rest of the vaccines - earlier than December 27-29, 2020.
“I wanted to resolve a dispute that arose because of doubts about whether the government had money to buy vaccines. I am in favor of transparency, but in this situation I went too far with it,”- later said Eva De Bliker.
The European Commission also responded to the publication of the cost of vaccines from COVID-19. This information was called confidential, the EC declined to comment.
The Russian Ministry of Health has set the maximum cost of the Sputnik V vaccine. Both components of the drug are estimated at 1,942 rubles.
