Ciara admitted that she has never been a fan of fitness and healthy eating. However, that all changed after her musical career took off. She began to exercise regularly, drinking 7 liters of water a day and eating 5 times a day - but only in small portions.
According to the singer, such a diet makes the body work harmoniously, like a "well-oiled machine." Ciara noted that you can exercise as much as you like, but if the body does not get enough water, there will be no results from the exercises.
The American also confessed her love for combined training - jumping and cardio training with strength exercises. According to her, this exercise pattern helps her work all the muscles.
