The Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the Moscow Region Roman Teryushkov checked the work of the municipal center for regional management in the urban district of Zhukovsky, according to the press service of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Moscow Region. “We held a meeting at the municipal center for regional management. We considered the main issues related to road maintenance, landscaping and, of course, medicine. We understand that the relatives of those who are in hospital are worried about their state of health. We discussed the mechanism of communication between relatives of patients and doctors,”said Teryushkov. A volunteer service has been created in Zhukovsky, which is in constant contact with the attending physicians. Thus, people are given the opportunity to receive a competent and timely response. ICGD staff noted that cleaning yards, cleaning sidewalks and footpaths are topics of concern to citizens of the city district. The register of requests from residents is formed on a continuous basis in the open access for all Zhukovsky services. This allows the responsible employees of the institutions to take timely measures to eliminate violations. Teryushkov added that a separate mobile group has been created in the district, which works on complaints from citizens. There is also a group that monitors the work process. A certain algorithm is used to quickly and efficiently solve all the problems that come from the residents. It represents the emergence of the task, the taking action, the departure of the control group, and the rechecking of the performance. The minister also visited the Meteor sports center, where an ice arena appeared. It was built using the funds earned by the sports complex. At the moment, residents are asking for a heating system to be installed here. “It is planned, we will install it anyway. And also the coatings, track and field tracks require repair, we will plan them for 2021-2022 depending on the budgetary provision,”Teryushkov noted. As part of the trip, Teryushkov also got acquainted with citizens' appeals, which were received through social networks and the Dobrodel portal.
