The 30-year-old athlete claims that her advice is suitable for both women and men, does not require the application of great strength and, most importantly, has no contraindications.
1. Do not seize negative emotions
Many of us drown out boredom, stress and sadness with high doses of delicious and high-calorie food. Ward advises to get rid of this bad habit as soon as possible and find another way to have fun and throw out emotions. The fitness star herself finds solace in such life situations in reading books and walking.

Ward is confident that 70% of success when working on a figure lies in proper nutrition. But there is still 30% and this movement. 7. Always drink water
