25-year-old Kristin Chamberlain claims to have gained weight when she was in college. By April, she managed to lose nine kilograms.

Chamberlain continued to run, following the recommendations of the Nike Run Club mobile app. The girl ran eight kilometers every day. A month later, her weight decreased by another 14 kilograms, and by the end of the year she had lost 46 kilograms and began to weigh 72 kilograms. “Be proud of your small victories and persist,” she advises. - Don't blame yourself if something doesn't work out. Make a plan and work to make progress."
