MOSCOW, January 19. / TASS /. It is still impossible to draw conclusions about what symptoms are characteristic of those infected with the "British" strain of coronavirus. This requires extensive research, the Rospotrebnadzor press service told TASS, citing the Vector Novosibirsk center.
"Determination of the clinical picture formed by the variant coronavirus detected in the UK requires a properly organized examination of a large number of patients and is currently impossible in the Russian Federation due to the absence of a significant number of identified patients infected with this virus," the statement said.
The department noted that the world studies already existing on this topic were carried out on a limited sample. Therefore, they do not allow making firm conclusions about the features of the course of the disease when infected with the "British" strain.
Earlier, the British edition of Express published material, which named five main symptoms of the "British" coronavirus, which are found in children and adults.
