This statement was made by the head of the Center for Nutrition and Biotechnology Dmitry Nikityuk in an interview with RIA Novosti.
WHO has repeatedly noted that obese children are more susceptible to various health problems in adulthood. These are mainly diseases of the cardiovascular system of the body, diabetes, disorders of the musculoskeletal system and even oncology.
