For best athletic performance, it is recommended that you train at the same time. The head of branch 12 of the Moscow Scientific and Practical Center for Medical Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, Maria Guseva, informed the Moscow City News Agency about this.
“The result of training depends on the time allocated for them, and it is not only the duration or the regularity of the training. The best results are obtained by those who train at the same time every day,”Guseva said.
The doctor also noted that at home one should practice using one's own weight, choosing several exercises for different muscle groups: arms, legs, back, abs.
According to Maria Guseva, you need to start practicing gradually, for a start it will be enough three times a week for 45-60 minutes. She also recalled that you need to start training with a warm-up - this will reduce the risk of injury to the joints or overstretching of the ligaments.
“For training, choose a 'circular pattern', alternating exercises for different muscle groups without interruption, from 10 to 30 repetitions. It is better to rest no more than five minutes between repetition cycles,”Guseva added.
She also noted that the fat-burning effect of circuit training is 30% higher than exercising on simulators in a fitness club.
