Deputy Minister of Health Oleg Gridnev said that a new, tenth version of clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of coronavirus will appear in the near future. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
He made the corresponding statement at the round table "New approaches to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of the most important non-communicable diseases against the background of coronavirus infection COVID-19."
“In the near future, the 10th version of temporary guidelines will be released, which reflects modern completely new approaches to the treatment of this pathology,” said the deputy head of the department.
At the end of October, the Ministry of Health published the ninth version of the recommendations for the treatment of coronavirus. According to the document, recovering patients can be transferred to outpatient treatment. The recommendations also contain treatment regimens that make it possible to effectively treat on an outpatient basis not only patients with a mild course of the disease, but also adult patients with an average severity of the course without risk factors.
