People with blood group I are least susceptible to diseases of the cardiovascular system. Yulia Nenasheva, a hematologist, spoke about this.
The blood of such patients has a genetically lower content of prothrombotic agents of the eighth coagulation factor and von Willebrand factors, the expert noted in an interview with Channel Five.
Nenasheva added that people with this blood group, when exposed to certain triggers, are less likely to form blood clots, heart attack or stroke.
However, women with this blood group are less likely to get pregnant. In addition, recent studies have shown that women with blood group III are less likely to experience difficulties with conception.
As NEWS.ru wrote, in order to prevent cardiovascular diseases, it is important to adhere to a certain diet, and not only refuse some specific foods. This was recalled by nutritionist Lidiya Ionova.
According to the specialist, in order to prevent heart disease, it is necessary to reduce the consumption of animal fats, reduce the amount of red meat consumption to twice a week, and also exclude processed meat - sausages, ham, wieners.
At the same time, the amount of vegetables should be increased in the diet, and fruits should also be consumed daily in moderation.
