What is TRX?

TRX is a compact trainer that allows you to fully train in any, even the most difficult conditions - in the gym, on the street, at home. The only condition is that you need a support in order to attach the hinges.
TRX features
TRX is a great tool for effective metabolic training. The flexible design of the loops turns the simplest push-ups into a complex exercise that involves several muscle groups at once, in addition, all exercises are performed using their own weight, which enhances the effectiveness of the complex being performed. TRX is also known as a device that allows you to train the whole body without direct stress on the spine, and therefore has practically no contraindications for use.
