The mentors of the "Sports Weekend" project have already spent over 40 hours of live training online. They teach the townspeople Scandinavian walking, yoga and zumba, talk about correct exercise, healthy lifestyle and much more. The broadcasts can be seen on the project's YouTube channel. Mos.ru writes about this. Every day on weekdays at 07:00, morning exercises take place, and on weekends, various sports are organized. So, on Saturday, December 12, yoga is scheduled at 10:00. Circuit training will begin at 12:00, and dance training will begin at 14:00. On December 13, at 10:00, a dance training session with Russian figure skater Elizaveta Tuktamysheva will take place, at 12:00 - a functional training, and at 14:00 they offer to do Pilates. In addition, participants can receive personal recommendations at an individual Zoom consultation - this will be available to the first 200 people who wish to register on the site. The Sports Weekend was organized as part of the Healthy Moscow project and went online in October. A telegram channel was also created with the possibility of feedback. It publishes news, recommendations and tips for beginners and advanced athletes. The organizers are the capital's sports department and the centers of public services "My Documents".
