You can not eat all day, and then eat two thousand calories at night, - said the nutritionist in an interview with radio Sputnik.
At the same time, the doctor noted that it can be difficult for people to sleep with a full stomach and then it is better to refrain from eating a few hours before bedtime. If there is absolutely nothing without food, Kuzmenko recommends drinking yogurt or eating cottage cheese.
Also, the doctor is convinced that each person should choose their own diet, in which he personally will be comfortable.
If hungry people do not sleep well, then drink yogurt, eat cottage cheese or something else, but do not overeat, - said the specialist.
Kuzmenko believes that a person should individually select the diet that suits him personally.
