"We watched the news for 15 minutes in the morning, no more monitoring information, don't aggravate stress. Look out the window, take a walk if possible. Regular physical activity is the best anti-stress and anti-anxiety remedy. Go for a walk, take ten thousand steps, run. Do not tone yourself up with caffeine.", - said the somnologist.
According to the doctor, "to sleep well, you need to live a good day."
He added that nightmares that people see in dreams fall into two categories.
"The first is if a person periodically dreams of various stories. They are a kind of multimedia replay of situations when the brain is trying to find a way out. If the situation is resolved, it adapts and forgets what happened. The second category is obsessive nightmares. A person regularly returns to a frightening dream and cannot accept decision, forget and adapt, "explained the professor.
