"Self-hypnosis here really works for most people. According to statistics, every third person believes that coffee invigorates him. This is the effect of self-hypnosis, as well as chemical and mental dependence on coffee," Garaganov said.
It is known that caffeine is a psychoactive substance that belongs to stimulants. It can be found in chocolate, in Coca-Cola, and in tea, so it happens that when this psychoactive substance is canceled, a person experiences unpleasant symptoms, at least anxiety and nervousness, the psychotherapist noted.
