For the study, she needs physical data from 60 office workers. Specialists of the Omsk Television Company took part in the study and passed physical training tests. At the meeting, the therapist checked the strength of the arms, the way we squat, jump in length, take step steps. The editorial staff even had to download the press for a whole minute. The specialist measured lung volume, blood pressure, pulse at rest and after exercise. In the future, these data will help Alena develop a set of exercises for the prevention of back and musculoskeletal diseases of office employees, who spend most of their time in a sitting position at the computer. - A preliminary study will reveal exactly those indicators that office employees have below the norm, in accordance with which a set of exercises will be selected, which will help to tighten them. I hope that in the future the system can be implemented in the company to maintain the health of employees. Movement is really life. Without physical activity, the body begins to crumble. Our brain is very lazy, and if a person does not use the body for all amplitudes and movements, then some functions are truncated. That is, if a person does not raise his hand up as much as possible, but only combs, then after a long time he simply will not be able to do this, - the rehabilitologist explained to the correspondent of Omsk Here. For less damage to health during a sedentary way of work, the specialist advised to carry out joint warm-up and eye exercises at least twice a day, walk at least 5000 steps a day and conduct full-fledged fitness training two or three times a week. It is also important to maintain the correct position at the computer both in the office at the table and at home on the couch.
